26th March 2019 Update:

As we're getting down to 3 sleeps to go, we've got some information for those who are competing or spectating for the day.

Doors will open at 9.00am for the first event to start at 9:30am. Please be aware that there are markets until 12pm on Saturday mornings at the showgrounds but there is parking in front of the hall, following the market carpark inside the showgrounds or street parking.

For competitors to pick up their back number for the day, please remember to bring along a $5 deposit, which will be returned to you when your number has been handed back at the end of your events. Teacher/Student and Pro/Student events will be at the same table, where you will be able to pay for the events that you have entered for. We do ask that you have the correct change on you if you are paying cash or we have credit card facility.

We would also like to advise all competitors that there is to be no oil, wax or water to be put on the floor or on shoes and that girls wear heal caps to protect the floor.  It is a newly renovated floor that is beautiful to dance on, so please  prepare your shoes.

Ticket pricing is as follows;

— Adult ticket $35;

— Spectating Pensioner $15;

— Child under 16 $5;

— Family ticket (2 Adults, 2 children) $60.

Front row table seating is also available at no extra cost. Priorities will be given to studios, so please contact us with any requirements for tables that you may have. There are no entry costs for Recreational or Amateur events, however there are entry costs for the Teacher/Student events ($10 per dance per style) and the Pro/Am events ($20 per grading per style)

Our program is in its beginning stages of being put together, and if anyone would like to advertise, please let us know. A full page ad is $80, half page $40.

The last opportunity that we would like to inform you of, is the sponsoring of events. For those who would like the opportunity to sponsor one of the events at the competition, a $100 sponsorship of an event not only has naming rights of the event but also a full page advertisement in the program, as well as on our website and Facebook page.

If you have any queries about anything mentioned above, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.
